Response to COVID-19

Dear Customers and Friends of ExPD.

It’s a difficult time for all.

ExPD has taken the appropriate measures regarding Business Continuity, we do not expect any disruption to the service and delivery of systems supplied and supported by us, e.g. OmniPost, Asset-I, and OmniCheck.

If you purchase IT hardware from, or have hardware repairs to be handled by ExPD, there are likely to be delays due to the availability of components. We respectfully request that you provide us with as much notice as possible to help us meet your requirements and ask for understanding at this difficult time.

The supply of consumables should be largely unaffected, albeit some items will need a few more days, and of course this situation may change.

Our robust plans, in line with UK Government Guidance will be in place throughout the COVID-19 crisis to ensure we continue operating.

We recommend that our customers follow manufacturer guidelines for cleaning mobile devices used within the workplace, to minimise any risk of infection.
